On February 27, the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan convened a sitting.

The draft law on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements, submitted by the RA Deputy Head of the Police Vardan Yeghiazaryan, was debated. As a result of debate, the bill will be included with the Committee’s endorsement in the draft laws of the agendas of the NA session and the upcoming four-day sittings.

The Committee endorsed the proposal of establishing a special procedure of debate of the package of the RA draft laws on Amending the RA law on Seismic Defense, on Amending the RA law on Local Self-Government and on Amending the RA law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan.

The packages of bills on Amending the RA law on Approving the Code of the Internal Service of the RA Armed Forces and on Amending the RA law on Approving the Garrison and Guard Services Code of the RA Armed Forces, submitted by the RA Deputy Minister of Defense Ara Nazaryan, were debated in the second reading and endorsed.
